Profile: Nadja Eberhardt Background Nadja Eberhardt is a profesional designer and translator. Her first degree was in design - in 1999 she graduated with a BA (hons) in Eco Design from Goldsmiths College, University of London. In 2006 Nadja graduated with an Msc in Development Studies from Birkbeck College, University of London, England. Her specialist fields included HIV/Aids in sub-Saharan Africa, Gender, Agriculture and Development Policy. The masters dissertation can be found online here >> She has worked as a designer and translator for various design and charitable organisations in the UK, Canada, Bolivia and Switzerland:
Nadja has travelled extensively within North and South America, Asia and Africa, and enjoys learning new languages. She spent 6 months living and volunteering in Bolivia, where she studied Spanish to an advanced level. While in Tanzania she also learned basic Kiswahili. For her design and translation work, Nadja works with all major software packages, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; CAT software for translation. She lives and works in London, UK, but regularly visits Switzerland and the rest of the world.
