How I use your data
I will only use your personal data for the purposes for which I collected it:
- where I need it to perform the contract I am about to enter into or have entered into with you
- for marketing purposes if you have explicitly asked to be put on my mailing list

You have a right to request your data be erased from my records.
You have the right to request your data be transferred to another organisation.
How long I keep your information for
The Regulation does not set out any specific minimum or maximum periods for keeping personal data. It says that personal data processed for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.
